NEYMAR= PELE?

Neymar has been declared as the first 'hors concours' since Pele in the Brazillian end of the season awards.
The award was presented to him by Ronaldinho who himself won the Bola de Ouro(golden ball) title.
Hors Concours is a Latin phrase which means 'out of competition'.Neymar scored 42goals in 47 matches in the season & a total of 56 in 2012.
