Mario Balotelli has dragged Man City to the Premier League tribunal in
a bid to appeal the club's decision to fine him 2 weeks wages for his
poor disciplinary record in 2011-12 season.
He will be assisted by his italian lawyers & a representative from the
Professional Footballers Association.
Balotelli was sent off 3 times last season,he also recieved 9 yellow
cards & missed a grand total of 11 matches due to suspension.
