It's round 13 of the EPL & once again I will attempt to predict the outcome of the matches.Last week was as poor as they come,I managed only 2 correct results & 1 perfect scoreline.
Saturday
SUNDERLAND v WBA 1:45PM
Sunderland will win this match even if only because I feel West Brom cannot continue their winning streak for much longer.2-1
EVERTON v NORWICH 4PM
It's now official,Norwich's last season form is back as Everton have to watch their back.If Norwich play like they did last week against United, they will take something from this game.2-2
MAN UTD v QPR 4PM
This match will mark Sir Alex Ferguson 's 126th anniversary & his statue will be unvieled. At the 125th anniversary last year, against Sunderland the players were overwhelmed by the occasion & they delivered a horrible performance but the "old players association"(O'shea,Brown) contrived to save the day.Something similar may happen, however if it doesn't & United hit their stride,QPR will receive a hiding.4-1
STOKE v FULHAM 4PM
The Potters are struggling for goals at the moment.Fulham have no such problem & will give Stoke a run for their money. However Stoke will play in the comfort of their fortress, they should edge it.2-1
WIGAN v READING 4PM
Wigan was completely outplayed by Liverpool last week, they will look to get back on track, they can't ask for a better opposition than Reading who only got their first win last week.3-1
VILLA v ARSENAL 6:30PM
The Villians are facing a rather tough run of fixtures, first it was United then City & now Arsenal. They will battle hard however the Gunners will have too much quality.1-3
Sunday
SWANSEA v LIVERPOOL 2:30PM
The Swans bundled Liverpool out of the league cup beating them 3-1.It will be a stern test for Liverpool as Swansea doesn't get overawed by any opposition when they play at home.2-1
SOUTHAMPTON v NEWCASTLE 4PM
Southampton got a lift last week by that win against QPR,they will be buoyed by the result & the performance too,I thought some of their build up was brilliant. However,Newcastle are desperate for a win after failing to register a win in the last three matches.2-2
CHELSEA v MAN CITY 5PM
This is Rafael Benitez first match in charge of Chelsea & Man City is probably not the team he would have liked to face as he will love to make a nice first impression.
Chelsea have to be on top of their game to beat City but I don't see them hitting it off straight with a new manager.1-1
SPURS v WEST HAM 5PM
Tottenham Hotspurs have lost the last three games, they can't afford to lose this one. They face a tough customer in the Hammers, they will need their best players to bring their A-game.3-1
