Odewingie lifts westbrom to fifth on league table.

Nigeria and westbrom striker, Peter odewingie has again proved he's
the man for the albion side when his helped his team defeat relegation
battled southampton and raise them to the fifth position on the EPL
table[a feat last achieved in 2009].The striker scored a brace in the
match against the saint,coming from both halfs.

All this coming after injuries and suspension and even amidst
speculation that he might not play for his country again.His first
goal was a deflected shot into the far corner and the second came from
a firm powered header into saints net,assisted by shane long.He was
replaced in the 83rd minutes as he received ovations and applause from
the baggies fans.

THe striker who was westbrom's highest goal scorer last
season[15goals] has now scored 3goals in six matches this season.
