Man.utd v westham:REPORT

Sir alex ferguson made an early business at the old trafford. With just
43seconds of play on the clock, robin van persie scored to give his
side the lead after he had gone three matches without a goal.

United kicked-off and worked out the ball to carrick who from the
midfied made a precise pass to van persie which the dutch man
controlled to displaced his man, before playing a deflected ball which
looped over the already- out-of-the-line goalkeeper.

That goal proved to be the only difference between both sides as
united were unable to extend their lead and westham also unable to
restore parity.Sir alex men however still maintain their lead on the
EPL table with 33points,as manchester city trail behind by a point.
