Its still too early to start making up insinuations and conclusions
but with the likes of Atletico madrid,malaga,betis and levante
starting the season with a reasonable bang and setting early
pace,valencia could be up against it if they dont start picking up
points.They have endured a torrid start to the season winning just 3
of there 9 games so far and languishing in lowly 11th position.They
have failed to win any game away from home this season.Meanwhile,in
contrast to there indifferent start to the season,malaga and atletico
madrid(most notably) have been quite impressive so far with both teams
currently in the top four.They currently trail the coveted top 4 by 6
points and if they dont improve,an Europa league place could even be
in serious doubt with the likes of betis and levante showing early
promises.A finish outside the top 4 could place the mestalla based
club in a precarious financial situation.There manager recently voiced
his concern about the lack of depth in his squad,bt with the current
economic situation in spain,they appear insecured to spend big in
january.That aside,do they have any football related problem?We will
get to know as the season unfolds!!!
