Milan managed to beat Genoa 1 nil this evening in a rather dour contest.Both teams lacked attacking thrust & the quality of play was anything but inspiring.Chances were few & far between,however the impressive El-Sharaweey scored in the 72nd minute when he slid onto a low cross from Ignazio Abate.
In the other game today,Siena played out a goalless stalemate against Palermo.
