England international,micheal carrick believes the win against chelsea
at stamford brigde was a step further in the premier league race and
that it was 'a great 3points' .United broke their winless streak at
the brigde where they haven't won since 2002.,amidst various
controversies and poor refereeing decision on the matchday.
The midfielder however feels his team played well and insisted it was
a huge win for them since they had not won there in 10years,he feels
this gave them the morale to try and get something out of the
game,which he believes they did quite well.The victory leaves united
in the 2nd position on the league table with 21points,one short of
chelsea in 1st place at 22points.Both clubs would still meet in two
days time in the capital one cup.
